Although there are a number of measures to curb down indiscipline, the student leaders are not adequately involved in discipline management. It is concluded that generally there is a high proportion of foreign students in the secondary schools in Mbale municipality and their behavior significantly accounts for the indiscipline in these secondary schools. The study recommends that headteachers who have not been effectively involving students’ leadership in their administration should endeavor to do so as this will eventually lead to improved discipline management of their schools.
